4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse APIs, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data unlawfully, or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and content structure are protected. You retain ownership of your own CV and materials. You grant only the rights required to process your requests.

6. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but may suspend access for maintenance, security, or provider constraints. AI model availability depends on third-party providers.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is". You remain responsible for final career decisions and submitted applications.
